NICK WILLIAMS / OWNER & GENEAL CONTRACTOR
My name is Nick Williams, owner of W3 Construction. Born and raised in Faribault, Minnesota, my passion for construction and architecture began at an early age. I still remember watching contractors replace my parents’ siding as a child and being completely captivated by the process. In that moment, I discovered what I wanted to pursue in life.
Years later, that childhood fascination became a reality. Before launching W3 Construction, I attended Augsburg University, earning dual degrees in Marketing and International Business. I spent the first decade of my career working in advertising, marketing, and sales finance, while dedicating evenings and weekends to remodeling my own homes and investment properties.
Those experiences gave me a unique perspective, combining business strategy, client relationships, and a genuine passion for craftsmanship. Today, W3 Construction was built on the belief that remodeling should be a collaborative experience rooted in trust, communication, and quality.
I currently reside in West Lakeland with my wife and our four children. Outside of work, you can usually find me spending time outdoors with my family or cheering on our kids at their sporting events.
